There is no easy, quick fix to becoming an empowered Queen or King, God or Goddess. To become the person who shows up to life with courage, clarity, and conviction about their purpose and their dreams. We alone have to do the work to remember who we are, and live as that powerful version of ourselves – every single day. Many of us, while we know what we’re capable of, stay stuck in the painful confusion of constantly looking outside of ourselves to ask for or validate our power. We don’t need to continue living out that unhelpful cycle. There are teachings – that have been lost, distorted, or intentionally obscured to hold us back – that give us the keys to change. That help us understand and unlock our limitless power from within, if we can apply them as a lived practice.

Queen of Air, the first installment of the 4-part Queen of Her Domain series, offers the first key, the stepping stone, to reclaiming our personal power. In this course, we reclaim the Mind – our thoughts, our beliefs, & our subconscious and conscious programming.

Working through all four elements in the series, we start with Air – the symbol of the mental realms. As Goddess Ma’at teaches, the Mind is where our experience of life begins. It is the source of our reality, and the tool we use to create it, either consciously or unconsciously. The more we can view our Mind as a valuable resource, and the more skilled we can become at allocating that resource to a creative, not destructive, process, the more we can experience an uplifting individual and collective reality. However, as Ma’at also helps us understand, our most fulfilling creations are not initiated from the Mind, or what we think we want, but rather inspired from the Wisdom of our Heart – the Seat of our Soul.

She first came to me in summer of 2020 during the onset of the pandemic and another resurgence of the Black Lives Matter Movement in the USA. She brought an invitation – could we view the dismantling & failing of these inadequate external systems and structures as an opportunity to reclaim our power from within?

Pulling ourselves out of habitual ways of being that do not serve our well-being or our highest good takes courage, and it takes work. Especially now as the collective remains split between lower levels of Fear and the early stages of Courage. Each weekly module has a 1-2 hour pre-recorded video + daily homework exercises that should take an additional 30 minutes-1 hour per day. A 1 hour live session will be announced each week.
This course is online and self-paced so you can take it now or later when you are ready. However, we will be meeting weekly during livestream events for additional meditations, workshops, and Q&A. You are highly encouraged to do the course lessons and homework each week to get the most out of these sessions & group discussions, but they will be recorded and sent to you as well. At whatever pace you choose to participate, this journey is an inner one and your commitment to the material at any time will be beneficial.
