Description

In today’s rise of the Divine Feminine, Goddess Ma’at has re-emerged to guide us towards balance, harmony, and justice. However, she has also come to symbolize “judgment” – of whether or not we are good enough. This interpretation takes on the toxic and limited perspectives of patriarchal ideologies that have dominated human history and kept us living in lower vibrations of fear, doubt, shame and guilt.

 

In this course, we heal this misconstrued version of Ma’at and reclaim her timeless wisdom by going back to Ancient Egyptian legends to discover her message, in its purity.

 

Through Ma’at’s mythology, we come to understand the benevolent nature of the cosmos, and our valued role within it, understanding that we are already worthy and equipped with a clear roadmap to consciously co-create Heaven on this Earth, for one and for all.             

                                                             

Ma’at helps us master our mindset and the mental realms – our thoughts and our beliefs – to embrace the most empowered perspective about who we are. She offers insights into our true nature as divine creators, and our greater purpose within the cosmos.

 

With the help of her teachings, we will develop a solid, foundational understanding of natural law and order (the energetic system that governs every aspect of our reality) and learn how to work effectively with our hearts, minds, and energy to manifest everything we desire.

 

By the end of this course, we will have taken back our power, understanding that we are responsible for creating the lives we want from within, and knowing how to do exactly that.

 

Covering mostly theory in weeks 1 and 2, we will apply her wisdom in weeks 3 and 4 to build our own authentic Temple of Truth and a personal practice that solidifies what we’ve learned, to move forward with clarity, confidence, self-mastery, worthiness, and commitment to the highest vision we have for ourselves this lifetime.

Course Outline

Week I: Mastering the Mind – Moving from Limited to Limitless

This introductory week is all about shifting our perspective from Fear & Doubt to Courage & Limitless Possibility. Imagine our mind as a box that holds us in reality and limits us from possibility all at once.  In this course we breakthrough the box to its outermost limits – the limits of the cosmos. Goddess Ma’at helps us understand who we are, what we’re doing here, and how we can live in harmony with this truth for greater peace of mind, self-mastery, and well-being. With this new understanding of ourselves – this new foundation of truth – we can apply her timeless wisdom to achieve powerful personal transformation, manifest our soul-aligned life, and live from a place of heart-led purpose. 

 

Together we will explore Ma’at’s mythology and de-code her wisdom: 

• Who Are We? The Legend of the History of Creation
• How Can We Live in Harmony with our True Nature? Ma’at’s 7 Principles
• What is our Cosmic Purpose? The Legend of the Destruction of Mankind

 

Week I Coursework: 

∴ Learn the 7 Laws of the Universe that govern our reality. It’s not enough to know the Law of Attraction. To master the soul-led manifestation process, we must understand all 7;  

∴ Re-conceptualize the roles of the Heart & Mind. Aside from viewing ourselves and our world as limited, the main distortion of the human experience is to put the Mind above the Heart;  

∴ Develop a new creative manifestation framework that includes our soul purpose – our “why” – from a personal and cosmic perspective; 

∴ Define manifestation keywords such as “alignment,” “consciousness,” “mindset” and others to understand the energetic mechanics of these terms; and

∴ Integrate the 4 major qualities of mindset mastery and the Queen of Air: Discernment, Independence, Compassion, and Power.

 

Homework:

– Journal Prompts to reflect on the 7 Principles of Ma’at at play in your life. 

– Universal Law-based Affirmations to shift to a limitless mindset.

Live 1 Hour Workshop: 30 minute Q&A about Week 1 Content + How to Program a Crystal with your Limitless Intentions – The 7 Universal Laws, The Highest Vision for Yourself, or A Dream or Desire You want to Manifest. We’re going to use this crystal in Week 3 to build an Altar for our Temple of Truth. 

 

Week II: Restoring Personal Power through Heart Wisdom 

Now that we have re-framed our understanding of Ma’at’s message, we will look more closely at her depiction in the Hall of Two Truths where she awaits us with her scales of Justice. We will heal this distorted image of her from one of judgment and condemnation, to one of peace and neutrality, and in turn heal our relationship with our heart guidance, the seat of our power.

 

When we tune in to the wisdom of our heart, we learn how to fulfill our every desire – from within. Understanding how to listen to and trust our heart is our greatest skill, which offers us our greatest freedom. The freedom of knowing that as eternal beings we exist beyond judgment, only in the presence of the quality of the experience we have created. All we must do is practice tuning into our heart-space as often as possible, let it show us how we feel, and choose our response from this heart-centered state. When we can do this for ourselves and allow others to do the same (or not) without condemnation – this is when we can honor the Cosmic Order to Live & Let Live.

 

The good news is that because the Heart is Wisdom itself, there is nothing more we need to do than amplify, honor, and trust its openness, its truth, and its coherent communication with our mind. The Heart encompasses all, and in its wisdom, forgives all, naturally showing us the way to higher states of consciousness. 

 

Week II Coursework: 

∴ Re-frame energy and emotions as either Love or the absence of love (Fear), when the Heart leads the way or when the Mind takes over, and learn how to tell the difference; 

∴ Discover the 5 Mental Afflictions in Buddhism that block the Wisdom of the Heart and how to overcome them with awareness. This is why meditation, mindfulness, and a consciousness practice are so important; 

∴ Explore healing tools and approaches to Triggers & Low Vibrational Emotions; how to work with them to transform negativity and raise your consciousness; 

∴ Learn how to move through the paralyzing traps of Guilt, Grief, and Fear that prevent us from heart-healing; and  

∴ Work with Heart-Opening Practices to cultivate and sustain expanded emotional states such as Acceptance, Love, and Joy. 

 

Homework:

– Journal Prompts to gently bring awareness to which of the 5 Mental Afflictions you struggle with the most. 

– Emotions Check-In Journal Exercise to track your emotional experiences throughout the day. 

– Heart Opening & Purification Meditations & Attunement Exercises. 

 

Live 1 Hour Workshop: 30 minute Q&A and Reflections about Week 2 Content + Heart Purification and Protection Ceremony and/or Channeled Visualization from Goddess Ma’at. 

 

Week III: Building Our Temple of Truth 

This week we integrate theory from Weeks 1 & 2 into a personal practice. When we clearly lay-out the foundation of our personal Truth, guided by our Heart, we can start to build the foundation for the life that we desire to create. In Week 3 we learn how to create our own sacred Temple of Truth, the structure of beliefs about ourselves and the world, that upholds our highest vision for ourselves and our lives. It is the new reference point from which we will make all future decisions as the skillful Queen of Air – with discernment, independence, compassion, and power. What do we want our lives to look like? How do we want to show up as the heroines/heroes of our own story? We get to decide and create it all. This time, from our heart-centered truth and limitless imagination. We can return to this sacred Temple anytime we feel low, confused, disappointed or out of alignment with our Heart. 

 

Week III Coursework: 

∴ Deconstruct blockages to our soul’s truth ~ old versions of self, external expectations, and other aspects not in alignment with our Temple of Truth; 

∴ Master tools that help us build trust with our internal guidance & intuition (ex. checking for resonance, working with a pendulum, feeling into our hearts for restriction or expansion, etc.); 

∴ Transmute jealousy & desire to bring these emotions into higher expression (ex. use them to activate talents or gifts within us or to create deeper connection with our heart & soul); and

∴ Learn creative visualization tools to manifest from the heart; what we can imagine, we can create. 

 

Homework:

– Exercise to Explore, Discover, and Build our Personal Temple of Truth. 

– Guided Ritual to Create an Altar to Activate our New Temple of Truth.

Week IV: Becoming Queen of Air

In this final week, we learn how to live by and stack our personal truth as we grow and evolve. We achieve this by developing a personal practice that brings us back into alignment to Ma’at’s wisdom and our Temple of Truth. It is not enough to know. We must remember and live by our Truth as a practice. This is the foundation of consistent creative manifestation. We explore different consciousness modalities such as crystal programming, intention setting, journaling, advanced soul-led manifestation techniques and more to create a tool-kit of supportive practices that help us access and embody our highest Truth and Heart wisdom – every single day.

 

Week IV Coursework: 

∴ Develop a daily Consciousness Practice that works for you;

∴ Learn the concept of Radical Responsibility as we are the ones who uphold the sanctity of our Temple; 

∴ Understand how to create and communicate Compassionate Boundaries that honor unconditional love and our personal standards; 

∴ Master tools for integrating negative experiences, including disappointments and setbacks without lowering our vibration;

∴ Incorporate approaches that allow space for our personal truth to change as we grow and evolve; and

 

Homework:

– Develop & Commit to a Personal Practice with Practical Tools. 

– Final Self-Assessment.
